Who makes the parts for a wood fired steam powered electricity generator that can also heat a home?
Outdoor wood and coal furnaces as add on units to heat pumps are becoming popular now. I’m trying to find a vendor who makes a stand alone unit for powering a riverside cabin home. A 200 amp 240 VAC unit would be perfect, but a 100-150 amp unit would power everything.

I have read about generators that use either natural gas or coal, so that the cheapest fuel can be used. Coal made into a slurry might be a generator fuel.
I read about different kinds of coal, and I do not know which kind is used.

I know it’s a little late to argue, but did anyone hear the clip where Barack Obama was saying he’s gonna make coal so expensive by putting a carbon tax on it, and electricity prices will certainly skyrocket? Gas prices are already killing us, why would we want high electricity prices too? What do you think about this clip?
