Just curious to know, how to slow down the Electricity Meter in India. These Meters are Electronic Meter & are running very fast, is there any way to slow down them, with some home made technique.. & that should not be caught by the authorities.

Can cycle generators be used to light up homes in remote villages?

In India there are several remote villages without regular electric supply. Can we have cyclegenerators so that the villagers solve their own energy problem? If so, who manufactures such generators and how much do they cost?

If I were to establish a power plant that utilize renewable energy in India, at what price can I sell to the distributor for? What are the components of that price? Is there any specific formula to determine at what price can I sell my electricity? please also quote the source that will be much much appreciated. Thank you!
