I’m trying to buy an air purifier and there are many of them out there…why the ozone generateors have a bad reputation?

I heard that ozone breaks down molecules in the air and kills bacteria, germs, fungus and odors.
It is also supposed to break down fats and disinfect the air.
Does this really work – or is it just a farce?

We’re getting a pool built with a saltwater chlorination system, and I’m reading all of this bad press about chlorine entering through your skin and being bad for you and now I’m wondering if I should have gotten the ozone option too. I’m assuming I could add it later maybe too. Is swimming in chlorinated pools really that bad?

They say that ozone is bad for you, but really its probably the healthiest thing around when used in the right way. I cant stand watching millions of people be brainwashed into believing that ozone is bad for them, and allowing the government to ban something that could prove useful to millions of people with "incurable" diseases through bio-oxidative therapy. How can people believe that ozone is bad for them, it is used to clean the water we drink every day, it is used in hospitals to keep the air clean, it is used in a wide array of sanitation. Come on people, use your brains and do a little research on your own, instead of being fed poison by organizations that just want to keep you sick to steal all your money.
